Fluffy Healthy Pancakes With Grapes.

During a busy morning, it's easy to let a breakfast fall low in your list of priorities. but for me taking just a few mins to have a good healthy breakfast can really make a difference to my day.
for the past four years, breakfast was my favorite meal of the day because it has long term health benefits. It can reduce obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes and heart diseases.
Here is my favorite breakfast whenever I want to reward myself during my diet journey. It's really easy guys and supper delicious.

Ingredients:
3\4 cup of oats.
1 banana.
2 tbsp almond milk.
1 tsp vanilla powder.
1tsp baking powder.
1 egg.
Instructions:
1- In a mixer, mix all the ingredients together until the mix is thick and smooth.
2- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
3- Pour about 2 tbsp of batter into the pan and cook it for 1 to 2 mins until the base sets and bubbles appear all over the top, flip it and cook the other side for a minute.
4- Serve it with your choice of fruits you can as add on it 1tsp of organic honey.
