Let's talk chia pudding! those tiny little seeds that are packed with nutrition.
Ingredients:
* 3 tbsp chia seeds.
* 1 cup unsweetened almond milk.
* 1tbsp organic honey or maple syrup.
* 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract.
* Your choice of fruits and nuts.
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, milk, maple syrup and vanilla.
once it's all well mixed, put the mixture in the fridge to set up for 1-2 or overnight.
